An option to send Overdue alerts separately to Failure alerts.
An option to include the Group name on the emails in the Subject line.
Sorry, to clarify about the separation of Overdue and Failure alerts: Are you wanting Overdue notifications to be sent to a separate email address from failure notifications?

Your current selection allows the choice of daily digest, failures, warnings and unmatched to be selected for different users and therefore different email addresses.
I think splitting failure into failure and overdue so overdue can be selected independent of other backup failures would work.
